Shoora EB5 is a USCIS-designated Regional Center based in Atlanta, Georgia. We help foreign investors obtain U.S. permanent residency through real estate projects that we develop and manage ourselves, handling both the investment and the immigration side from first call to green card.
About us
Shoora EB5 was founded by real estate developers who decided to put their own projects, not third-party deals, in front of EB-5 investors. The result is a single team that controls both the development and the immigration outcome, which is unusual in an industry where the regional center and the builder are often different companies.
Mission
Our team aims to serve our investors without surprises. We have more than 40 years of development experience that we seek to combine with helping global families achieve their dreams while developing long-term, job-creating businesses in the U.S. Our last completed project, the AC Hotel at Atlanta Gateway, returned capital and successful green cards to all investors. We are a results-focused organization built on a loyal stewardship of EB-5 investments.

Vilas Patel
Partner · Owner and Developer
Mr. Vilas Patel is the owner and developer of Shoora EB5. He is a seasoned developer with over 40 years of experience in real estate development and operations, and a prominent figure in the industry. Mr. Vilas Patel’s ‘Phase One’ development of a Marriott AC has successfully opened and is now operating with the use of EB-5 capital, showcasing his effectiveness and leadership in the EB-5 sector. Additionally, Mr. Patel is developing Airabella Lake Oconee, a premier, rural TEA, mixed-use development spanning 137 acres and encompassing multiple real estate verticals. His ongoing success and active involvement in these projects underscore his status as a successful developer and leader in the EB-5 industry.
Ishaan Patel
Managing Director
Ishaan Patel is Managing Director of Shoora EB-5 and leads the development of Airabella Lake Oconee, a premier walkable community at Lake Oconee featuring luxury residences, an executive golf course, world-class dining, hospitality, and resort-style living. Since 2018, he has overseen the company’s investments and business operations, including acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, portfolio management, information technology, and human resources, beginning with the launch of its first fund. Over his career, Ishaan has structured and managed complex real estate investments totaling over $750 million. He holds a degree in Finance from Georgia Institute of Technology’s Scheller College of Business and is an active member of several real estate advisory groups in the Atlanta area.
Dr. Chennakesava Reddy Kummathi

Dr. Chennakesava Reddy Kummathi brings decades of leadership experience in medicine, business, and global development. He has combined his medical expertise with a long-standing entrepreneurial vision — building trusted ventures that bridge healthcare, real estate, and international investment opportunities. Over the past 20+ years, Dr. Reddy has established a reputation for integrity, community development, and results-driven leadership. He has played an instrumental role in guiding Shoora’s long-term vision, ensuring projects are not only financially sound but also socially impactful. His ability to connect with global investors, professionals, and partners has made him a respected voice in both the U.S. and Indian business communities. At Shoora EB5, Dr. Reddy strengthens Shoora’s mission of delivering high-quality EB-5 projects that create meaningful U.S. jobs while offering international investors a trusted pathway to residency. Outside of his business ventures, Dr. Reddy is deeply engaged in philanthropy and community service, particularly education and healthcare initiatives in Georgia and India.
